Favorite vegetable: Ginger - I like it because of its versatility. It can be used as a spice, an health remedy, a palette cleanser for sushi, a smoothie supplement and so much more. It is sweet but spicy, what I aspire to be!
Passion: I see local sustainable farming as a tool to develop healthier and holistic communities. I desire food democracy for the rich, poor, young and old. Finally, I strongly desire to know where my food comes from and the process. I'm a firm believer in the process and not just the destination. The process allows us to feel the weight and know where and how our food is made and exactly at what economic and environmental cost we receive and consume our food.
